I specialise in rejuvenating facial and scalp massage, including Indian head massage and facial acupressure therapy, to melt away tension and restore emotional wellbeing throughout your whole body, leaving you feeling refreshed, calm and reenergised.

Using specialist techniques to treat any fascia-level knots and congestion, my treatments are safe and highly recommended for those with chronic conditions, and are designed to release tension in the connective facial tissues; encouraging lymph flow and improving blood circulation in the skin.

My massage treatments also include lifting and sculpting techniques to soothe tired facial muscles; improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, reducing puffiness and bringing that glow back to your skin. I will use a combination of tools, techniques and therapies, purposely selected to complement the reason(s) for your treatment. This could include any of the following modalities:

- Facial Acupressure therapy
- Eastern European lifting and sculpting techniques
- Natural Lift facial massage
- Gua Sha Cranial & Facial therapy
- The Lymphatic Brush Facial therapy
- Myofascial Release therapy
- Indian Head massage

Whichever tools are used, you can expect a soothing, soulful and rejuvenating treatment to the face, scalp, neck, décolleté and shoulders, promoting blood flow and circulation and improving lymphatic drainage, as well as releasing deep-set tension in the connective tissues and muscles of the scalp and face. Your treatment will include a double cleanse with hot towels.

More info An Indian Head massage is a wonderfully soothing treatment, which positively impacts the whole body. By applying specific techniques to loosen and relieve any tension in the scalp and neck, we can improve blood flow, oxygen supply and circulation; nourishing the scalp and hair follicles and easing chronic conditions such as insomnia and migraine.

Benefits of regular treatments include: less severe headaches, lower blood pressure, improved hair growth and a healthier scalp, and a better, deeper quality of sleep. Longterm, you will notice an improvement in overall health and wellbeing and will feel more able to cope with day-to-day life.
