Gua Sha is a traditional scraping therapy used to improve overall wellbeing, where a tool is glided and rubbed over the surface of the skin to address the body's circulation patterns - the river systems.

Gua Sha increases micro-circulation and releases obstruction in the tissues, creating space to allow your muscles to breathe, restoring motion and reducing pain and inflammation.

Facial Gua Sha opens up your facial features by relaxing lines and tension, highlighting your natural radiance and enhancing the potential of your unique beauty.

Due to the scraping motion Gua Sha can leave marks, akin to cupping marks, NOT on the face, but on the body. I recommend not having treatment before an event.
